Revealed in Madinah, Surah Al-Bayyinah (The Clear Proof) explains that the people of the Book and the polytheists would not leave their disbelief until a clear proof came to them—a messenger reciting purified pages containing correct laws. It divides humanity into the worst of creation (rejecters of truth) and the best of creation (sincere believers who perform righteous deeds).
