Immediately notify support of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, mobile app, and all content (curriculum structure, sequential lessons, and customized reading guides) are the proprietary property of the Islamic Studies Platform.

Quranic verses, translations, and public Hadith compilations are presented for educational and resource reference purposes. You may read, study, and save this content for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that harms or disrupts the platform, including:

Scraping, crawling, or extracting database progress structures.
Attempting to bypass security barriers or accessing other users' bookmarks/notes.
Using automated scripts to complete lessons or build artificial study streaks.
Submitting fraudulent error reports or abusive feedback through settings modals.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or behave maliciously. You may terminate your account at any time by:

Clicking Delete All Data in the Settings Danger Zone to wipe all progress history instantly.
Sending an account erasure request to ashu9105628720@gmail.com.

6. Educational & Accuracy Disclaimer

The platform is designed to assist in secondary sequential learning of Islamic materials. While we strive to verify translations, sources, and hadith classifications, errors may occur. Users are encouraged to report content errors via our reporting modal in settings. We provide services on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind.
