Revealed in Makkah, Surah Al-Qiyamah (The Resurrection) focuses intensely on the certainty of resurrection, swearing by the Day of Judgment and the self-reproaching soul. It refutes the disbelievers' claim that God cannot assemble their bones, asserting that the Creator is even capable of restoring their very fingertips. The chapter describes the agony of death and the transition of the soul, commanding patience during the revelation.
