Revealed in Makkah as a companion to Surah Al-Fil, Surah Quraysh calls upon the tribe of Quraysh to show gratitude for the divine protection and economic stability they enjoyed. It references their safe summer and winter trade caravans, urging them to worship the Lord of this Sacred House (the Kaaba), who fed them against hunger and secured them from fear.
